Quomark is operated by [COMPANY NAME] ([COMPANY NUMBER]), registered in England and Wales at [REGISTERED OFFICE]. You can contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
Quomark lets tradespeople create, send and track quotes, collect customer acceptance and record deposits and payments as you confirm them. We provide software only: we are not a party to the contract between you and your customer, and we do not hold or process money between you.
You must provide accurate business details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for the customer information you enter.
You are the controller of the personal data you enter about your customers; we process it on your instructions as your processor, as set out in our Privacy Notice and the DPA we offer to you. You must have a lawful basis for contacting those customers and must not use Quomark to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited messages.
The free tier allows 10 quotes in total. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider; prices are shown on the billing page and include VAT where applicable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Extra quote purchases are non-refundable once quotes have been issued.
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days; because the service starts immediately, this does not affect work already performed.
Do not use Quomark to break the law, to send spam, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attempt to access other people's data or our systems. We may suspend accounts used this way.
We work to keep Quomark available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
